Coup And The Gang

09 December 2017 @ 19:07

Cel-ebrate End Times — Come on!

Over at Powerline, John Hinderaker wonders: ‘Is The Deep State Attempting A Coup?’

He was prompted to ask the question after he saw the following in a report in The New York Times about the new boss of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s efforts to rein-in that organization’s Tyrannical activities [or possibly, in the end, eliminate the un-Constitutional CFPB altogether]:

Some employees, including a few of the bureau’s top officials, have welcomed their new leader. Others, pointing to Mr. Mulvaney’s earlier hostility toward the agency and its mission, are quietly resisting. One small group calls itself “Dumbledore’s Army,” according to two of the people who were familiar with their discussions. The name is a reference to a secret resistance force in the “Harry Potter” books.

An atmosphere of intense anxiety has taken hold, several employees said. In some cases, conversations between staff that used to take place by phone or text now happen almost exclusively in person or through encrypted messaging apps.

Mr. Hinderaker also posted a comment Tweeted by Randy Barnett:

The trouble is, gentlemen: the Coup has already happened and what we’re seeing here is merely The Administrative State defending one of it’s seized territories.

If there’s a day or time you can point to where the Coup happened, it would be on that sad day in March of 2010 when the Affordable Care Act was signed into law.  As Mark Steyn wrote at that time:

…It’s a huge transformative event in Americans’ view of themselves and of the role of government. You can say, oh, well, the polls show most people opposed to it, but, if that mattered, the Dems wouldn’t be doing what they’re doing. Their bet is that it can’t be undone, and that over time, as I’ve been saying for years now, governmentalized health care not only changes the relationship of the citizen to the state but the very character of the people. …there’s plenty of evidence to support that from Britain, Canada, and elsewhere.

As I wrote in my book, The Present Crisis:

The Beast Will Never Be Satisfied…

As mentioned above in the section on the Family, the passage of Obamacare in 2010 changed the fundamental relationship between the People and the Government. No longer do we American Citizens have Sovereignty over our own bodies.

Impersonal Bureaucrats and Scheming Politicians now have the Power And Control to Dictate what level of health care we receive. It is up to them what treatments and preventative measures will be offered and covered by the mandated health insurance plans they allow to exist. …The Power And Control of our Lives shifted with the passage of Obamacare and the strengthening of the Left’s thuggish hands in this matter by a Tyrannical Supreme Court.

Soon, the whole System will collapse — as it was designed to by the Leftists who created the Affordable Care Act — and then the ‘White Knight Saviors’ will ride in and ‘rescue’ our health care by imposing a Single-Payer System on all of us, at first.

This System will become the only one legally available. Gone will be all Choice in such matters [except, perhaps, for the option to commit suicide — and don’t be surprised when the Left starts putting high pressure on the Elderly and Crippled to do just that; ‘Cold Efficiency’, remember, guides all Despotic Governments].

Under the Single-Payer System, the government becomes everyone’s sole Health Care Insurance provider. This System allows the government full Dictatorial Powers over what kinds of treatments [procedures, medicines, etc.] you receive.

If you think the Left In America, once having gotten this Power will stop there, you’re either in Denial or a Fool. The Beast is never satisfied, so the Left will take the next step eventually to Socialize Health Care by becoming the sole employer of all medical personnel and sole owner of all clinics, hospitals, etc.

The Coup succeeded because we did not rise-up against the national government following the Obamacare signing ceremony.

The final blow came on the day the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of the ACA and we did not rise-up against the national government, again.

The election of Donald Trump as President and the solidification of the GOP’s control over both Houses of the Congress have not resulted in the total repeal of the Affordable Care Act.  In fact, during the debate this past year it became quite clear that the Executive and the Congressional GOP want to keep most of it in place.  In other words: they have no problem further Legitimizing the Act’s Tyranny.

Control of our Lives is now in the hands of faceless and uncaring dullard Apparatchiks who serve the Government and not we The Sovereign People.

Let us remember that “if we suffer tamely a lawless attack upon our liberty, we encourage it, and involve others in our doom.” It is a very serious consideration, which should deeply impress our minds, that millions yet unborn may be the miserable sharers of the event.

—Samuel Adams, writing as ‘Candidus’ in The Boston Gazette, 14 October 1771

SIDENOTE: Mr. Hinderaker starts off his post with the following remark:

That is a question I never thought I would need to ask….

Where the Hell has he been his whole life?

The Left has been building-up to this Coup for well-over a century.  They have infected every, single institution in America with their Cancer and the smell of desiccation and of rot has been worsening for our whole lifetimes.

May I commend to your attention, John, my book, On The Causes And Effects Of The Present Crisis In America, which should be a ‘Come To Jesus’ moment for you and will most certainly cure you of your dangerous naivete.

”The Trump administration can best be viewed, perhaps, as a struggle to the death between American voters and the federal employees who are paid to serve them.”

Indeed. Many of us got it when the affordable care act passed, most of the country, those who are now referred to as deplorables or normies/normals did not. Somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 of the country appear to get it now. For some where we were heading was apparent long before Obama got elected. For most however it was necessary to reach a point much farther down the arc leading ever downward into serfdom and darkness. ”Americans are slow to anger, but once they do get angry, they are impossible to stop.” Kathleen Troia McFarland

Much of America is now woke as the cool kids say. Perhaps it is not too late.

Actually, the coup began in 2008, at the election of Obama.

Finally, after struggling since the 1920s, the communists won control of the White House. I knew then that they would never permit a silly thing like an election stand in the way of their grasp on power.

As soon as Obama was invested, the Left started its 24/7 project of nailing the windows and doors shut with the express purpose of consolidating its power; they had finally conquered the last major institution. The depth of the corruption being exposed now should come as no surprise to anyone with eyes to see. Obama fired all our loyal military leaders and upended our foreign policy. And he must have started spying on and blackmailing his opponents almost immediately—think Justice Roberts and the mysterious behavior of the so-called political opposition on the Right for 8 years.

Frankly, I’m surprised Obama left the White House so quietly; I thought he’d declare martial law first, or have his opponents arrested or only leave at the point of a gun.

I viewed the 2012 election as my last chance to cast an legitimate opposing national vote, but Romney blew it—Romney and those conservative jerks who didn’t realize the danger our nation was in and withheld their vote. And then Romney and Ryan—and so many others—turned out to be craven asses.

If Trump hadn’t run in 2016, I doubt I’d have bothered voting myself; the US would have turned into Chicago, where you are free to vote for the Marxist of your choice. I marvel that President Trump has the strength and courage to do what he does and I support him whole-heartedly, with all his flaws. God bless him.

Trump is but one man, and he deserves our total support if he, and our freedom, are to prevail.

”Frankly, I’m surprised Obama left the White House so quietly; I thought he’d declare martial law first, or have his opponents arrested or only leave at the point of a gun.”

As a practical matter waiting till after the election was too late, too blatant. Perhaps they thought that the whole russian collusion thing would produce bigger faster results. Keep in mind that the regime was just as flat footed about the election as anyone else. They did leave as many mines and booby traps behind as they could. Furthermore they left secure in the knowledge the Deep State and thoroughly leftist Fourth Branch were more powerful than ever.

The genius of the American Left has always been their patience, their willingness to settle for incremental gains. But this is also their weakness for this allows time for their policies and programs to fail as they inevitably must. Perhaps, and hopefully, this also has left enough time for the patient and slow to anger American people time to react. For more and more people in this country reality is coming into focus.

This goes back further in my opinion and the end began with legislating Our Creator from every public domain, schools and more.
The godless entity without our political apparatus has turned into a massive cancer that has infected every corner in this country destroying what made us as a society favorable in the eyes of God – The Creator of Heaven and Earth!
When we allowed and enabled this cesspool in DC to act contrary what is natural we became their prey. Clearly we are all now the frogs whom they placed into their pots while ever so slightly turning up the heat.
We abandoned God ergo He abandoned us!

Inevitably this will all lead to violence and civil war. One side has guns and ammunition. The other side is frightened easily, needs safe spaces and is confused about their gender.
