The Horse’s Arse Whisperer

26 May 2015 @ 09:54

From Breitbart, Kipp Jones reporting, we learn:

Oscar-winning actor and director Robert Redford reminded graduates at Maine’s Colby College the world is a “grim” place Sunday, before asking them to be fearless.

“You’re stepping into a world that’s, well, pretty rough. It’s pretty chaotic, pretty divisive,” he said to 483 new graduates. “You’ve got climate change, you’ve got debt, you’ve got wars, you’ve got political paralysis. It’s kind of a grim story. But the story, I think, can be retold, and I really believe that you’re the ones to do it.”

He then warned students must “collaborate” with the planet, before explaining the dangers of “narrow-minded” political thinking.

If today’s World is a grim place, it is because people like Redford have made it so with their Utopian schemes.

He and his comrades on the Left have, indeed, ‘retold’ the story: with their lies they have distorted the Truth into something twisted that looks like the Life as seen in a Funhouse Mirror.

They have poisoned the minds of several generations with an endless series of Big Lies.

They have piled up over a hundred trillion dollars in debt that can never be repaid.

They have sown Discord all across the Fruited Plain.

So if the graduates of today face a grim world – and they do – they can thank the Left who wanted it this way [and those on the Right who let it happen].

Thanks, Sundance.

The Great Depression, Nazi Germany, Imperial Japan, Cold War….
,,,climate change, debt, wars, political paralysis…

I think the first list is worse. The Americans of years past would not have needed trigger warnings or safe places. They would have just gotten it done.
