The GOP As The Hands Of John Wilkes Booth

11 February 2015 @ 13:21

As you probably heard, it was discovered last week that The White House has, as Darleen Click put it, a ‘322-page plan for government <strike>regulation</strike> seizure of the internet’. It does not intend to make the plan public until after the FCC votes on ‘Net Neutrality’ [yes, in case you were wondering, that term is Orwellian].

According to the Los Angeles Times, Jim Puzzanghera reporting:

Two congressional committees have launched investigations into whether the White House improperly influenced the net-neutrality proposal released last week by the head of the Federal Communications Commission.

The two committees are headed by Senator Ron Johnson and Representative Jason Chaffetz.

And what will the Republicans end-up doing about this grab for Power And Control of the Internet?

Nothing. Not. A. Thing. Nada. Diddley. Zero. Null.

Because that’s ALL they ever do [or 'don't do'].

They spend days, weeks, months, sometimes years, investigating abuses of Power by the Democrats, they issue ‘scathing’ reports, and NOTHING real gets done.

The Republicans in the Congress are as useful as the hands of America’s most Evil assassin.

…Asking that his hands be raised to his face so he could see them, Booth uttered his last words, "Useless, useless," and died as dawn was breaking….

-John Wilkes Booth, 26 April 1865

Time for conservatives to move on.

Ya know the FCC was created by a bunch of ”old dead white guys”. Do we really still need it in the 21st century?
