If You Are Mitt, You Must Go Quit

Sub-head: Romney Says, ‘No More, Man’

One ‘severe conservative’ down, a few more to go.

It was inevitable because The Bush Machine was going to run right over the doofus from Loserville, the former Governor of Utopia-East.

All the big Corporatist Republicans were going to go with Jeb Amore Bush, many simply because, to them, Romney is a dud, a flop, a washout, a clunker, a lemon in an expensive suit, and the Bushes are winners and, by yimminy, those Neo-Fascists want a seat at the Power And Control Table at the Enlightened Elite Club.

And don’t forget: Signor Juan has a Laaa-tee-nah! wife — she’ll add, shall we say, a little color to the GOP ticket [although, it is reported that she has a temper and is seen by many as la bruja].

And further don’t forget: at the last Republican Presidential Convention, the GOP Leadership changed the primary rules so that it will be much harder for a candidate not approved by them to get the Nomination.

Jeff Goldstein offers his thoughts here

Palaeomerus’s thinking is pretty much mine, especially this part:

Add to that I’m not feeling very GOP anymore and the long third party road is the only one open to us…

The GOPy have a lot of selling to do. A LOT OF SELLING. And a revelation on the road to damascus or two

Which prompts a question for conservatives: Quo vadis?

I’m favoring Scott Walker at this point.

Good accomplishments, and took on the left at it’s most spiteful and won.

He also believes in ”selling” policy rather than ideology. I heard part of a radio interview with him, wherein he opined that most people are more interested in results rather than right/left politics.

While I am fervently praying for a true conservative to win the GOP nomination, I am definitely NOT looking forward to the GOP circular firing squad circus show, guaranteed to hand the laurels to the worst candidate. This time we seem to have a number of interesting choices to begin with, at least, along with the usual clowns. Trump? Are you kidding me?

Reblogged this on That Mr. G Guy's Blog and commented:
If we get another Bush in the White House…turn out the lights, the party’s over for America as we knew it.
