To

Oceania was not at war with ISISasia: Oceania had always not been at war with ISISasia.

SIDENOTE: Is the reason the Royal Court uses the term ‘ISIL’ instead of ‘ISIS’ because they, our Masters Of The Universe, is ill?

Maybe we should ask someone is Pahk-EEE-stahn or a Laa-tee-NUH?
