How The Left Will Spin Benghazi

07 May 2014 @ 08:15

I think regular Protein Wisdom commentator GeoffB will be shown to be a prophet:

I believe that the spin from the WH on Benghazi will go down the path that what he was told about it up until 7:30 pm Washington time (1:30 am Benghazi) led him to believe that it was not a problem that required his attention. That it had been sorted out at a lower level. And that by the time he found out that it hadn’t that it was too late to do anything about the ambassador. The link explains.

This will work in conjunction with what all the Democrats are saying about it all over the news and the web though they are not spelling it out just yet. Somewhere lower down a head will roll. Likely whoever sent the email alerts at 4:05 pm and especially 4;54 pm.

He adds this note a bit later on:

BTW. I would not put it past them to have fabricated/altered the emails in some respect to fit a narrative.

As many of us have pointed out, Trey Gowdy really has his work cut-out for him, but we do, as well.

We’ve got to keep the pressure on because the Left is going to do whatever it takes to make the scenario described by GeoffB come true and pummel conservatives over it all.

Representative Gowdy needs our help, but we also need to keep-up the pressure because he may turn out to be a slightly more heated version of that phony Darrell Issa. Not only will the man be facing relentless attacks from all sectors of the Left, but he will experience quite a bit of pressure from the Quislings of the GOP.

God give Trey Gowdy the strength of character needed to do the right things necessary to bring Justice to the four murdered in Benghazi, but let us be prepared for another failure of Virtue nevertheless.

This spin might fly as a cover story for the MIA Prez during the event. Might. Still leaves the promotion of the YouTube video lie after the event.

In his previous life, Gowdy was a prosecuting attorney. I believe he had a very good record of convictions.

That’s my understanding, as well. I’m just worried that he’s been absorbed by the Hive Mind.

I don’t fault the President for talking to Netan-yahoo!, nor would I think it unreasonable if he let out a sigh of relief when he heard, “shooting stopped, team on site”, but what did he do after that? If he thought everything was okiley-dokiley, failed to plan for another shoe to drop, and left everything up to his subordinates, then I think we can safely say that he is a completely incompetent Commander-in-Chief. When a US diplomatic outpost is attacked and an ambassador is assassinated, the President doesn’t get to pass the buck to some sacrificial appointee, especially if he tries to cover up his failure afterwards.
