It is now late night in America.

Sometime in the last 4 years, the dependent class became the majority. We now have more takers than makers. Greece, here we come!

I agree, but it will be worse than the situation in Greece because, when the American Economy sneezes, the rest of the world gets a cold.

Sneezes hell…this sumbitch is fixin’ to go full blown coughing fit. And the takers are sure going to be surprised when the checks stop coming. Oh…and expect the cost of gas to start skyrocket now that the election is over.

What you said. Empty Suit II will raise taxes, impose crushing regulations, and increase the size and scope of gub’ment in ways he dared not with a election in the cards. If the clueless independents think the economy sucks now …

Keep the faith. It is all we can do now.

I’m about as critical of the GOP as a conservative can get, and I have never felt so gloomy. Put any political views, per se, aside. I can’t remember the last time the US re-elected such and obviously bad president. Perhaps never has it happened. I was really hoping Obama wouldn’t be elected in ’08-despite my suspicions that the Dems would probably win-but I wouldn’t have believed in a million years that he’d win a second term. Again, there is no way on Earth that anyone with an IQ over 12 thought that he is good for the country in an objective sense. It was all just sheer spite-they know that he’s not a success. It was motivated by hatred; hatred for Christianity, people of European descent, anyone who isn’t a radical feminist, or socialist tending, etc.

I can see how some people might, almost more or less think that a lefty is doing okay in office, but NOT this time. There can be no other explanation. How else could ANYONE be re-elected with the country in such a lousy shape? It’s hatred and partisanship at its worst.

I ended up drinking two light beers yesterday. I slept very little last night. I probably should have drunk a six-pack and gotten drunk. Anyway, I’m trying to keep the faith as M. Thompson suggests. We are a resilient lot and things may get better. They won’t get better without some changes and a lot of work though.

I am a paying subscriber to Elliott Wave International. Prechter is the founder of the company and his advice in a recent newsletter was to vote for the candidate you disliked the most. The stock market is going to go tits up regardless of who was voted in this time so it is best to have your least favorite politician lashed to the wheel. He won’t last half his term before he goes the way of Nixon. Now mellow out and prepare for the STHF. Only the unprepared and naive will be surprised.

i beleive and hope that indyjonesoutthere is right impeachment needs to happen but i fear it wont happen unless conservatives in general become much more disciplined intellectually/using logical processes to refute lies and obfuscations than has been their wont in the very recent past i e several lies including benghazi the question of jeep jobs to china and the global warming cause and the incomplete function of fema and pres obama’s agents in the response to sandy, all of which undoubtedly contributed to the republican loss (as well as senator akin’s inane comment– or if not inane, he should have quoted research articles) admittedly romney was not an ideal guy—or if he is, he is a poor communicator of the reasons for his “flip flops”. thoughtful people can change their minds, i think often a sign of strengh rather than weakness, but he needed to communicate why. he or the campaign needed to communicate true responses to all inappropriate attacks i think his campaign and/or advisors dropped the ball, and of course that is his responsibility. This day is my first visit to the camp of the saints site, and i am very impressed with the about bob infor. a bit concerned re no reference to thinkers of color, abraham lincoln, etc. would not want to become involved with anything tinged with white supremacy. conservatives MUST be objective thinkers, and communicate logically rather than with emotional political and/or irrationally or poorly researched rhetoric (SP?)

If Atlas Won’t Shrug, Trip the Bastard

The Counter-Revolutionary forces have won the day. Revolutionary America is dead. The forces of the European Socialist oligarchy have infected 50+ % of the voting population of the United States, and we should not expect a scenario, different from what we see in all of Europe, to play out. Larger and larger segments of the populace will get on board the gravy train, at the expense of the producers. Expect the cronies of this administration to do very well indeed, and the small business man and entrepreneur, who create something like 80% of the jobs, succumb to high tax rates and over-regulation. Work as hard as you want and any wealth you create will be confiscated by the insatiable appetite of the “Santa Claus” government and redistributed to their ever expanding voting bloc.

This election was billed as a referendum on whether enough of this once great nation remained to bring it back and restart our economy and restore respect to the producers who have, in the past, made this country run like a well-oiled machine. It Was, and It Did, and guess what…It Is Gone.

The Left has always had as one of its goals to destroy enough wealth in this country that the “common man” has no other choice but to get into the streets and join with the storm troopers of the unions, to take the means of production out of the hands of individuals and put them in the hands government bureaucrats. Except now the Left is the Establishment and they want to own the wealth the people of this nation create.

I say shut it down! Become a Refusenik. Do Not Feed The Beast. Starve the Bastards. If Atlas won’t shrug, we have got to trip him.
