BENGHAZI: There Must Be A Reckoning

30 October 2012 @ 14:30

Since 20 January 2009, we have witnessed more un-American behavior by a large group of our elected officials and their appointees than we have been subjected to over the last fifty years.

I can only conclude that, once the Left [which had gained control over the Legislative Branch in 2006] secured control of the Executive Branch on that wintery day, they decided that the time had arrived to take their long, slow, destructive, and stealthy march through American Government at all levels and accelerate it to ramming speed. ‘No more,’ they resolved, ‘will we have to pretend that we are in favor of the systems of government as set-up by The Founding Fathers; no longer will we have to lie about our goal, which is to overthrow The Constitution and The American Republic!’

Since that cold day when Barack Hussein Obama took the Presidential Oath Of Office, knowing full-well that he had no intention of preserving, protecting, or defending The Constitution Of The United States Of America, all of our freedoms and liberties have been under continual and relentless assault.

By their election of a Leftist Congress in 2006 and then a Committed Radical to The Presidency in 2008, the American People had unleashed a pack of rabid beasts on the world.

A large majority of the American People refused, including even those who voted against Obama, refused to understand what some of us knew all too well and tried to warn the rest about: that all — I mean ALL — of those people who have willingly adopted the ideology of the Committed Radical have, as a condition of such employment, been required to shut-down their empathy for their fellow Human Beings. To be a true Leftist is to care more for a system of ideas than for the people they are inflicted on.

Thus, we should not be surprised in the least that Barack Hussein Obama and those fellow Committed Radicals that serve him, such as Valerie Jarrett, Susan Rice, Hillary Clinton, and Leon Panetta, did not, as it is now clear, care about the fate of any one of the Americans on the ground in Benghazi. All that mattered [and all that still matters] to them is that nothing be allowed to disrupt the implementation of their plans for the fundamental transformation of The United States and the World. If men and women have to be sacrificed then so be it — the Ideology is all, Human Beings are expendable.

While there have been many, many disgusting things this Administration has done, perhaps none is more loathsome and sickening than their behavior in the Benghazi Affair.

Dan Collins is spot-on [tip of the fedora to Paco]:

…You really have get a look at the information to see how bad it all looks for the administration. The evidence has been mounting that the White House hung them out to dry. If Woods and Doherty had not relieved the embassy and defended the Annex, the American body count almost certainly would have been much higher. Their heroism was repaid with . . . dead fish. The administration has thus far refused to release the videos, citing their "ongoing investigation," but after years of selective leaks and administration attempts to throw the intelligence community under the bus, it’s too late. Apart from FOX, Sharyl Attkisson at CBS (who revealed Obama’s "60 Minutes" statements at the peril of her career there) and Jake Tapper at ABC, the legacy networks and most of their print coreligionists have done everything they can to keep the story under wraps.

Rahm Emanuel also tried to throw a block for Team Obama today, talking about how President Gutsy Call "took control" of that Benghazi business, how he answered the call . . . even as the calls went unanswered.

Four real Americans died. Obama and his crowd of Proggie thugs and apologists have lived to screw another day. They need to be put out of our collective misery.

And it cannot happen soon enough.

In another post in which he expertly lays out the criminal indifference and criminal negligence of Obama and his minions in a number of matters, not just Benghazi, Dan makes this point that is dead solid perfect:

The President doesn’t need another internal investigation of the Fast and Furious sort; he knows exactly what happened, what decisions were made by himself and others. It is simply inconceivable that he doesn’t. The administration knows exactly what happened at the compound, thanks to the [videos] from the numerous security cameras that were in operation there, and later the images sent back by drones that flew over both compounds. The FBI, when it eventually actually got to Benghazi—shamed into doing so after three weeks of delay citing security concerns, as news crew after news crew visited the burned out embassy compound—recovered the security tapes, and classified them Top Secret . . . at someone’s orders. Just exactly what information might have been contained in those tapes that justified the designation, we don’t know. It’s hard to imagine that there was any information that might somehow endanger American security, since the attacks made it woefully clear to anyone with an interest that security at this particular embassy was a shambles. By all accounts, what the embassy security tapes do not show is any spontaneous protest of the kind the administration sought for weeks to claim was the "spark" for the attack. Even as that claim was unravelling, and after the newly installed President of Libya was informing anyone who asked that the attack was organized, pre-planned, terroristic, and probably committed by Ansar al-Sharia, Obama went one last time to the UN to enunciate the lie that it was about an offensive movie.

Obama’s offended that MSM talking heads ask him about the failure and the cover-up. A lousy film-maker sits in jail for offending Muslims with a lousy film that had, in Hillary’s words, "nothing to do with" the terrorism in Benghazi. Oddly enough, some of the parents and other relations of the dead also find themselves offended by the lies. Some would say they have better justification.

No matter the outcome of the Elections on 06 November, there must be a calling to account of those in this Adminsitration who refused to do their duty and who let four men be murdered by our wartime enemies.

There must be a reckoning.

Mr. President, we want to know what happened in Benghazi. Whatever happened, we want the truth. It’s not what happpened, it’s that you are responsible for covering it up.

I simply cannot call him “Mr. President”. I prefer to call him “commie jackass”. For some reason it makes me feel better.

        Can’t blame you, Ro.

It’s so I maintain a respect for the office in public, and when around leftists.

I do not know why John Bohner, Mitch McConnell, and the Romney campaign are not screaming about this. Obama’s inaction is worthy of the death penalty, but that would never happen, so it would be prison. He shouldn’t get some cushy cell either. Anyone who votes for this murderer is complicit, and un-American. It is inconceivable that any service member could. If they do, then as a vet I say, they are no brother or sister of mine.

Boehner didn’t support Bachmann when she wanted to investigate Huma. This is what he is, and he needs to go. McConnell should follow him out the door.

Another reckoning must come for the Huma Mahmood Abedin / Muslim Brotherhood situation.

I don’t blame our armed forces members for feeling that way at all.

As Ms Leigh says, we have three branches of gov’t; if the judicial and legislative branches have accepted dictatorial oligarchy, as abundant recent evidence (including the RINO POTUS candidate pick) indicates they have, then there will be no punishment for the guilty.
That is how dictatorships work. Hussein was sent to Washington by unseen string-pullers to do EXACTLY what he quickly accomplished, now he will be covered regardless of the election results, and he will have two months+ to wreak total havoc before the next presidential term starts. He will be able to do just about anything with no accounting. Mitt is already making haste to reaffirm his burning desire to be “bipartisan”, so in the interest of being nice the Dead Elephants are not going to be prosecuting any form or level of treasonous behaviors. We are betrayed and overthrown, in a de facto one party system.

Nice post, thanks. Succinct, accurate, beneficial.

FWIW, my posit as to who gave or at least originated the order to stand down is Jarrett, the actual POTUS.

FWIW, an Regional Commander – i.e., GEN Ham – answers to two people: POTUS and SecDef. No one other than those two, to include JCS, State and CIA, can give a Regional Commander orders or withhold orders from them. Soldiers act on orders.

The instinct of every military commander is to send in or assist sending in whatever force is required to save their countrymen and comrades in arms. Ergo, any order to stand down came from civilians and for a political reason, not a military one. I finger Jarrett, the “power behind the throne.”

Panetta lied patently when he said US military does not go into a hot, emergent situation with insufficient and multiply-confirmed intel. There are military units accessible to every Regional Command tasked with doing exactly that, because life, including diplomatic and military life, is full of situations that must be addressed immediately, on-the-fly, without question and without sufficient prior knowledge of goings-on in the subject area. And there are multiple tiers of units every Regional Command can summon to be sent in to back up the first response unit if requested by that unit or resolved upon by the Regional Commander.

(I surmise Ham was sending in help and, as rumors have it, was countermanded from the White House. I surmise from Jarrett acting in stead of POTUS, who really doesn’t give a rip about anything except living large and hurting ordinary Americans – black, white, green, brown, yellow, orange, red, pink and blue – and who really misses freedom to drag anonymously for older white men in the rough trade bars of Chicago and elsewhere.)

Panetta knew that when he said US would/could not do that. US is fully set up to do that. Panetta lied outright.

Those first responders know they are going in more or less blind. They train for that mission. Their training lets them asses, their commo lets them describe and their authority lets them request – all in real-time – whatever they need to accomplish the mission once they have “hit the ground running,” which mission typically has more than one objective. Normal response procedure to first responders is, give them what they want, because as “boots on the ground” their knowledge and recommendation govern.

Women are prone to fear and anger. More so than men. Actual men. So-called homosexuals are prone as women are to fear and anger. Perhaps they have a humanizing influence – women, that is – though arguable, especially as between women, who claim not infrequently other women are their worst tormentors and subverters and just plain catty-biters. This multiple murder has the fingerprints of Jarrett’s fear. The campaign has the fingerprints of Jarrett’s anger.

But I think there’s more to it. There’s also ideology: demoralize the military, emasculate the natural American opponents of totalitarianism, especially the ones carrying guns. And racism: the military is “white.” And ego: keep attention on me, me, me while I subvert you, you and you to ends you won’t see until you’re powerless in my grasp.

This election decides whether the Muslim Brotherhood or the US Constitution constitutes the USA. If the latter, the former will be back to try again. And again. And again. Until their fetid foreign and domestic proxies are defeated on the fields of actual battle.

This war started in the 18th Century when Wahhab decided to oppose the European Enlightenments with Mohammedan Puritanism. The USA and Salafis/Wahhabists/Moslem Brotherhood have been at war since the founding of the USA. It is important to grasp this historical root of the conflict. It is old, not new.

USA is a concretization of European, principally Scottish but also English, French and German, and American Enlightenments.

Americans aren’t weary of war. We’re weary of not winning wars. And now, we’re weary of being ruled by an enemy, whose deception and fraud our countrymen – or at least fellow residents – allowed to “win” two elections, making active war on us using our own mechanisms of government against us.

Can elections alone win this war against and internal and external enemy? I know not the future. I am inclined to doubt it, however, and to believe that trans-electoral action is required to finally secure the safety of the nation.

There is this advantage in having allowed Salafis/Wahhabists/Moslem Brotherhood onto the mechanisms of USA government, academe and media: they are drawn into the open, where they can be seen, scrutinized and assessed. This recalls the Russian strategy responding first to Napoleon and then to Hitler: draw them out into the blue, the open air, where their supply lines stretch to breaking point and their visibility makes their presence vivid.
