DPTB Part IV: Gonzo And The Squid

09 March 2012 @ 10:17

I’ve stated this before, but it’s well worth it to state it again: if you are at all interested in keeping up with the campaigns for President and the Congress and you could only use one source from which to gather your news of it, The Other McCain is THE place to go.

Featuring America’s Most Beloved and Famous Gonzo Reporter, Stacy McCain, augmented with keen philosophical insights from Admiral Smitty, TOM provides their readers will some of the best coverage that you will find of the election circus.

Here are just a few examples from the past week of their high caliber content…

-Ted Nugent endorses Willard Mitt Romney; Smitty offers evidence that the musician’s partial deafness may be to blame for this blunder.

-Stacy starts a report on the race with the news that a major Gingrich supporter has switched to Rick Santorum and ends, somehow, quoting John Blutarsky.

-Stacy reports on the Washington Caucuii [or should it be 'cau-cau'?] and manages, somehow, to mention Meaghan McCain.

-Stacy reports on the proof coming to light that David Axelrod has close Communist ties [and he's not speaking of the ones he wears].

-Smitty, it seems, has been hired to provide the humor for those of us on the ROMNEY DELENDA EST! bandwagon. He shoots! He scores!.

-The Admiral stages a protest in a voting booth. Bravo!

-Stacy pleads with conservatives to make Won’t Get Fooled Again their theme song.

-Stacy and Smitty’s coverage of the Super Tuesday results.

-The day after Stupor Tuesday, Stacy displays a bit of justifiable anger towards Sarah Palin for he support of Newton and makes a convincing case as to why Newton Leroy should drop out NOW.

-Stacy, with assistance from his Gunga Din [aka: his son Jefferson] covered primary night from Rick Santorum HQ and, in this latest installment of his Fear And Loathing 2012 reports from the road, describes how the night and next morning went and offers some post-Primary analysis.

-Joe The Plumber is running for the Congress and Smitty has the latest on his campaign. Go Joe!

Stacy reports on the trouble in Newtland [and the new, great aggregation site Twitchy.com].

-Smitty urges Dr. Art Robinson to run for the Congress in Oregon. The man is impressive.

-The Admiral can’t understand why any Jew would vote for Barack Hussein Obama…and neither can I.

A hearty ‘Huzzah!’ to Stacy and Smitty for their work in the trenches.

Is it true that you and Stacy are going to star in a remake of Freebie And The Bean?
