Ewige Blumenkraft* Report [Or ‘#Occupy This!, MoFo’s’]

10 October 2011 @ 20:38

I got your #Occupy right here, Commie Hippie scum.

-It’s nice to see that many more of my brethren on the Right are starting to take these protests more seriously.  As I tried to get across last week and a good number of my Friends In The Ether have attempted to argue:

It is very important to remember that the Leftist Elite believes that the path to power and control runs through the ruins of what is. The most effective way for them to get the kind of power they need, the Left believes, is to sow Chaos and [bring about the] destruction of existing institutions. What we initially dismissed as a ‘bunch of smelling Hippies’ worthy of our barbs is now, it is clear, an offensive operation by the barbarians at the gate.

But, of course, this doesn’t mean we can’t make fun of them as long as we make sure our ridicule doesn’t blind us to the fact that this is a damn serious business [for a good example of the right way to handle things, see: World War II Looney Tunes cartoons, Three Stooges features, and Spike Jones].

-After publishing a memo from the Marxist Worker’s World Party that encourages their members to join the protesters…

Conference organizers have enthusiastically shifted plans to include taking time to go to Wall Street to join the occupation Saturday night and Sunday when the conference adjourns. WWP strongly operates under the firm conviction that revolutionary theory is part of the living struggle in order to pose a real challenge to the capitalist system.

…Stacy McCain, in a message to the protesters entitled #OccupyWallStreet: DIE, YOU COWARDLY COMMIE SCUM!, writes:

Ever since the Tea Party movement began in 2009, the media have relentlessly used guilt-by-association smears to portray the Tea Party as dangerous and disreputable extremists. How many hundreds of thousands of words have liberal journalists expended on this theme? How often have we seen the Tea Party depicted as a tool of the Koch Brothers?

And yet you — you unwashed punks of the “Occupy Wall Street” movement — get no such scrutiny from the press. Are the Washington Post, the New York Times, the Associated Press and the major TV networks doing stories about how a Marxist-Leninist organization like the WWP is calling for “solidarity” with your protests as part of their “the fight for a socialist future”?

I think not.

As such things goe in this day and age, it has now become chic to show one’s solidarity with the occupying scum.  Actors, actresses, musicians, and ‘enlightened’ business men and women have either visited the protest sites or issued communiques that are intended to show just how committed they are to ‘the cause of social justice’.  Of course, in a sane world, most of these fools would be deservedly ignored or, in fact, committed to soft-walled facilities.  The politicians have been especially shameless.

Could This Be One Explanation?

-In an excellant look at this whole #Occupy thing, King Shamus is, to put it mildly, motivated:

Some people might get taken in by the OWS message. Let’s be realistic, though. Most people know that, even as bad as some companies can be, you still need them to create jobs. In a nation where unemployment is at 9.1%, the majority of citizens in America understand that the last thing we need to do is go full retard socialist on businesses.

We should not be too concerned that Occupy Wall Street is just the Left’s dry run for getting the Golfer-in-chief re-elected. If this is the kind of campaign they want to run next year, we shouldn’t fear it. We should welcome it with every fiber of our being.

You wanna play the ‘pierced-septum 27 year old college sophomore living off of Mom ‘n Dad’s dime’ card, liberals? Be our guest. You Stalinists up for a game of ‘Scratch A Lefty, Find An Hate-Filled Anti-Semite’? So are we. Ya’all think you’re strong enough for a repeat of the sixties-era Days of Rage? Let’s do this thing, hammer-heads.

If the Right has any brains in it’s collective skulls, they’ll use this moment of extreme left-wing windowlicking to highlight just how pretentious, mindless and destructive American liberalism has become. They’ll then use every horrible progressive idea and action that comes out of the Occupy Wall Street movement and promptly club the lefty caucus over the head. Lather, rinse, repeat for the next twelve months until all the polite well-mannered lefties disown the OWS crowd for fear of being tarred with the same humiliating brush.

I guess what I am trying to say is: My fellow right-wing bitter clingers, go forth and mercilessly mock.

Do take the time to click here and read the whole glorious thing.

-One thing to always keep in mind when you’re battling some Leftist over the nature of the #Occupy protests is this:

We have seen how the Left acts when it doesn’t get its way: Violence, threats of violence and murder, destruction of property, attempts to overturn the democratic process, violations of Laws myriad and sundry. We have also seen how the Right acts when it doesn’t get its way: Peaceably assembling for redress of grievances, personal responsibility, and the use of the democratic process (the November, 2010 elections) to get what it wants.

Let that give you strength [works for me].  That’s by John Hitchcock, proud capitalist tool proprietor of Truth Before Dishonor, from a recent posting of his that is well worth the read, especially for his point about the Tenth Commandment.

-William Jacobson reports on how the Left is, as you knew would happen, is going after our children by using the occasion of these protests as a brainwashable, er, ‘teachable’ moment.

-Interesting and, I think, spot-on speculation by Moe Lane as to what New York’s Worker’s Family Party is up to with it’s advertising on Craigslist [Your One-Stop Shop For The Best Stalkers & Serial Killers!].  The Lonely Conservative has more here.

-One of the features of Fascism is the close cooperation and collusion of Big Business with the government.  Hence it is no surprise what Don Surber reports:

The board of directors at Ben & Jerry’s ice cream — a unit of the multi-national Unilever corporation — market value $90 billion — has declared solidarity with Occupy Wall Street.

More of that social conscience crap B&J puts out in a marketing strategy aimed at rich hippies and rich hippie wannabes. Maybe in honor of the occasion, Ben & Jerry’s can come out with a new flavor — Pepper Sprayed Praline? Barackolate Shake? Crap on Cop Car Caramel?

Could This Be One Explanation?

-Over at Michelle Malkin’s joint, Doug Powers has some fun with the fact that the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is backing the #Occupy protests [the Memeorandum thread is here].

-SIDENOTE: After two years, I’m finally going to get off my lazy butt and get some WOLVERINE bumper stickers and the like made.  I’ll be posting a solicitation for ideas and comments on designs in the coming week or so, so stand-by.

At least you know how to reblog!

On topic now. The difference between the liberals and conservatives, liberals riot, their protests inevitably become violent.
