‘If You Listen To Fools…The Mob Rules’ [Updated Below]

28 February 2011 @ 08:55

You’ve nothing to say
They’re breaking away
If you listen to fools…
The Mob Rules
The Mob Rules

The breakdown of Law And Order in Madison Wisconsin got worse last night, as Michelle Malkin reports [tip of the fedora to Wombat Socho]:

The Capitol police had set a deadline this afternoon for the grievance mob to clear out their sleeping bags, crock pots, and other makeshift camp paraphernalia. The occupiers ignored them. The Capitol police then promptly…capitulated. Rest assured, rewarding the breakdown of civil order will lead to more civil disorder….

The police officers who refused to enforce the order to clear the Capital Building of people should be immediately fired. By their action of solidarity with the Socialist/Communist/Marxist Union Members and out of state hired thugs/protesters, those police have provided aid and comfort to law breakers and, therefore, have violated their sacred oaths to protect and to serve. Those police have de facto joined the strikers and one is reminded of the words of then-Governor Calvin Coolidge:

There is no right to strike against the public safety by anyone, anywhere, any time.

One is also reminded of the words of the late, great Ronnie James Dio:

Break the circle and stop the movement, the wheel is thrown to the ground
Just remember it might start rolling and take you right back around
You’re all fools!
The Mob Rules!

UPDATE at 1945…

The title and sub-title of LAPD Police Officer Jack Dunphy’s latest article for Pajamas Media:

L.A. Police Union Urges Members to
‘Stand in Solidarity’ with SEIU and MoveOn.Org

LAPD cops were asked to pick up picket signs and march alongside a bunch of leftist kooks and government bureaucrats to show encouragement to Wisconsin’s public sector workers.

This is not good.

I seem to recall that at the beginning of this the militia had been put on alert.

That song has been playing in my head over the past few days. Classic!

As for the cops and union protesters, I see it this way … union thugs and government thugs fighting over stolen loot. A pox on both their houses! May they destroy each other and let the rest of us peaceful citizens get on with our lives and keep our rightful property.

I’m having some trouble distinguishing between the Union thugs and the Union cops and what they along with various Marxists are attempting to do is thwart the will of the people as expressed last Nov.

It is horrible news that the cops aren’t doing their JOBS and instead are siding w/ these law breaking agitators. I think they should all be fired, and the nat’l guard called in to clear and close down the building now.
This whole thing is gonna get worse before it improves.

BTW, how is your new kitty, Bob? Did you name her yet?

The national Guard are the bayonets, altho I suspect the Governor of wanting to avoid the optics of a bunch hobos being dragged out of the Capital Building.

Adobe / TheCL: Let us not forget there are people like ‘Jack Dunphy’.

Bunni: They should be fired, just like Coolidge did. As for the kitty: I’ll be doing a posting in a bit that contains the answer.
