Bob’s Musings: Cheesy Chaotics, Moldy Maos, Lawjacked, Fight The Parmesan, Agitator-In-Chief, Go Dawg Go

Bob's Muse

-I don’t think the Leftists behind the protests in Wisconsin give a damn about winning any sympathy except, perhaps, that which will come from the non-teachers in state who are on some other kind of welfare. The idea here [and in other places in the country where unrest is being fueled] is to create Chaos through unrest and violence. The Leftists/Chaotics want the system to crash and burn [see: Cloward, Piven, Alinsky, Lenin, etc.]. They want civil war. There’s a whole chapter in the Leftist Playbook dedicated to the pursuit of this strategy.

-The behavior of the Wisconsin Democratic Senators, who ran away to another state, is not a childish act, as some have declared it to be. It is purely an attempt to deny the citizens of the state their representation. This is the kind of act Revolutionaries perform. It is a kind of Treason. One hopes that The Wisconsin Constitution allows for either the recall or impeachment of them. [Memeorandum thread]

-If the Left is successful in Wisconsin, it will signal all of the Leftist groups in the country that they can rise-up and disrupt Law And Order, hold the Sovereign People hostage at all levels. This revolutionary activity must be crushed now.

Stacy McCain has called the actions of the responsible adults in Wisconsin [ie: Republicans] the ‘Cheesehead Revolution’. I prefer the ‘Cheddar Restoration’ [I would, wouldn’t I?]. ‘Death To The Bleu Classes!’, ‘Give Me Liberty Or Give Me Fromage!’, ‘You Don’t Know Monterey Jack!’, ‘Don’t Brie On Me!’, ‘Kick Out The Goudas!’, ‘Are You Now Or Have you Ever Eaten Red Leicester?’, ‘No Cheddar, No Peace!’.

-Barack Hussein Obama’s political organization, Organizing For America, is very active in organizing the protests in Wisconsin. As this group, nicknamed ‘Team Obama’, is sanctioned by Obama, one can only conclude that he approves of what OFA is doing. That a sitting President of The United States Of America would not simply encourage encourage such behavior, but provide aid and comfort to it is, at the very least, an act of Moral Treason. The Congress should hold hearings and investigate Obama’s involvement. I agree with what frequent TOM commentator Adjoran wrote:

Some people are saying Obama should come out against the threats and violent rhetoric of the union protesters. They must not realize the role OFA – “Organizing For America,” the revamped Obama campaign organization – has been playing in organizing the protests. Obama is all in on this one – a threat to union leg-breakers is a threat to his only muscle (well, besides the New Black Panther Party, but there aren’t enough of them to intimidate everybody).

-I was going to offer some thoughts on the whole GOProud/CPAC/Social Conservative controversy, but Wombat Socho has said it better than I could:

…As with Communism, anything that distracts from tackling the Main Enemy needs to be shoved into the background until we have defeated the unholy trinity of New Leftists, public sector unions, and crony capitalists who are driving the country into a pit of over-regulation, hyperinflation, and economic stagnation. This is why I can’t get too excited over the GOProud flap. As a Catholic traditionalist, I don’t agree with a lot of their positions, but on the other hand, they’re willing to argue about those issues at the state level (where arguments about society and culture belong) while standing shoulder to shoulder with us in the trenches of fiscal conservatism. Considering the treatment usually handed out to political apostates from the GLBT community, I think we should cut them a little slack and accept their support. Especially if we can get them to quit taunting the more thin-skinned social conservatives.

The taunting does bother me. However, it must be said that such behavior seems to be a Libertarian quirk and not one unique to the ‘happy’ folks.

-Thanks to Roxeanne de Luca for two terrific posts yesterday – she classes up the joint.

    Here’s my concern …

As we see in Wisconsin, the unions and radical left are willing to protest and take their fight to the street. The right? Well, we put our faith in the hapless GOP. This is a recipe for disaster.

As both parties have proven in Washington, they don’t give a rat’s behind about the insurmountable debt and unrealistic levels of spending. State governments across the country are nearing collapse while the chickens come home to roost on the federal government’s Mother of All Debt Loads. There will be a government debt explosion. There is no way out.

What will America look like after the debt bubble bursts? Well, remember the old saying “the squeaky wheel gets the grease”? Unless the right gives up their faith in the useless GOP and their fear of revolution (remember those Founders?), we’ll be living in a progressive totalitarian regime. Yes. it can happen here. The path has already been cleared.

We can win peacefully, but not without a fighting mindset. We’re in real trouble, far beyond the left/right dialectic. We have to realize we’re fighting for ourselves, our families and children’s future. We fight for ourselves, or it’s over. The “squeaky wheel” will win … we’ll be pledging allegiance to a progressive totalitarian regime.

TheCL: The key here is what the Governor and the Republican Legislators do. They can win this battle if they stick to their guns and give no quarter. While what you say about the GOP is most certainly true at the national level, there are some elephants with backbone at the state level.

We should fear Revolution. The Founders were not revolutionaries, seeking to tear down existing institutions. Rather, they wanted a Restoration of the freedoms and liberties [of 1688] they correctly believed the British had taken away from them.

Since we Burri boys are of Swiss heritage, we prefer to refer to this Badger action as a Che Gruyère revolution.

    At Bob and CL;
After the debt bubble bursts where does that grease for the squeaky wheel come from? Bob your fear of chaos is well founded unfortunately some amount of chaos is inevitable. Giving up on the GOP wouldn’t be necessary if they didn’t start caving as soon as they got to DC. Today half the caucus with most of the leadership including the freshman leader from SD voted with the Democrats, refusing to approve the final $20 billion in cuts needed to keep the promised cutting of $100 billion. I’m confidant there will be more betrayals to come.
The problem is I don’t see a third party forming fast enough to rescue the situation. I have my doubts of the whole shebang holding together for two years. I’ve no faith it’ll hold together for six. In Three way races the public chooses the most squishy. That means our guy looses every time. I have little faith that we right the ship before economic collapse.

The Wisconsin GOP MUST hold out. They can’t let the lefties win with a tantrum. That, and they’ll make the unions spend money that they cannot spend in 2012.

Adobe: That reminds me of an old schtick joke…
The King’s top minister runs into the throne room and shouts: ‘Your Majesty! The peasants are revolting!’ And the King says: ‘I know and they dress badly too’.

Wombat is wrong. We need enthused conservatives more than milquetoast moderates. Socons pull out all the stops, and everyone follow on after them!

Create revolutionary chaos. Exactly their plan. As you say, an old one. With chaos in spate, their follow-up plan is to step in with a calm voice, declaring the old ways and structures “clearly” do not work for our time and now we must try “something different,” “a fundamental transformation we want.” And old plan tried many time and many places. It is a constant refrain of their election campaigns and on-going propaganda.

The union members are mere canon fodder, correlates of the mobs in Middle Eastern cities. The instigators/beneficiaries (cui bono), or so they expect, are, proximately, down range operators (e.g., union bosses, political party and “religious institution” leadership cadres) and, ultimately, oligarch families and academics and politicians they contract with to steer events.

I wish them well. A good old fashioned donnybrook would be good for the nations at this time. I do not fear the outcome. I trust Americans to be Americans. And I trust the power of truth, moral conduct, peace, love and non-violence to hold chaos at bay. Defeating chaos is not possible because chaos embeds in existence. Defeating its proponents, however, is possible and desirable. Holding chaos at bay, even deflating its rampancy, is a perfectly reasonable and doable activity. I am sure we Americans are doing just that and sure too that if those of other nations do not, we, the Russians and the Indians will do it for them.

David: I am indebted to you for the term Chaotics. It seems to be that Chaos is always at the door trying to break in. Only fools would unlock the door.
