They’re Like Cockroaches, They’re Everywhere

04 October 2010 @ 17:36

It’s been hard enough to keep tabs on what out national legislators are doing and knowing who among them are on our side as we fight to restore our freedoms and liberties without having to think about those members of the fifty state legislatures.  A lot of the radical ideas that have been pushed through on the national level have percolated up from the states or the state governments have not fought back when the Federal government has encroached on their constitutional prerogatives.  I think the main reason for this is because the Progressives have gotten control of the legislatures in most of their states and, if they haven’t achieved that, their way of thinking has infected the one’s who are in control.

The war we are waging to restore America will have to be fought on many fronts and on many levels.  We’ve got the near impossible task of battling the national government and the state and local versions, in addition to radiating Leftist thinking from the society as a whole.

We, therefore, can use as many tools as we can get to help us battle the Bolshes.

The Mind Numbed Robot has come through again with another very useful tool to combat these bastards.

He is compiling what he has named the Socia.list.  It will contain the names of all of the state legislators who subscribe to the goals of the Progressive States Network.  From MNR’s announcement posting:

The PSN is a network of Progressive organizations that share Obama’s goal of the “fundamental transformation of America.”

How does it work?

Their plan is to introduce Progressive/Socialist legislation at the State and local levels in order to gain a foothold on those issues at the national level both in the media and in the federal legislature. In the process, they are grooming candidates for national office.

We may well defeat the Leftists at the national level, but we cannot forget that they will still be infesting the state, county, and local levels.

In another posting, the Robot has aggregated some very useful and informative links to the work of fellow members of the VRWC who have looked into the PSN.

Their Board Of Directors is a veritable who’s who of the usual suspects.  Here are but a few:

Wes Boyd, President of

David Brock, President and CEO, Media Matters for America

Anna Burger, International Secretary-Treasurer, SEIU

Leo Gerard, President, United Steelworkers, Vice President, AFL-CIO

John Podesta, President and CEO, the Center for American Progress [Bob: A George Soros Production]

Lee Saunders, Executive Assistant to the President of AFSCME

Ben Scott, Policy Director, Free Press

Bravo! Mind Numbed Robot and Thank You!

Oh, I should also point out that John Carey from the Current should be given credit for the PSN discovery. I’m just running with it.

Thanks to the Robot for coming up with the whole socia.list idea. It’s very creative, and will hopefully shed some light on the cockroach problem.

John does deserve the credit. He did find their site.

Thanks for covering this Bob. The more people that see it the better.

MNR: Great job. On the Scarface thang: me too.

Matt: You’re welcome. MNR and John have performed a great service and we need to get the word out about this, absolutely.
