It’s Don’t Touch Her Thigh Day, ‘Cause It’s Ten Buck Friday!

17 September 2010 @ 20:07

‘Hey Superman Bob!  Well, what in the name of Great Caesar’s Ghost is Ten Buck Fridays?’, you ask.

Maggie May, Keeper of Maggie’s Notebook and former ‘friend’ of Rod Stewart, has the details over at her pad.  A highlight it:

Conscientiously Conservative came up with a great idea. Each Friday she is donating $10 to a worthy conservative candidate now up to the November election. Several bloggers have joined the effort. Note that, if $10 is too much, do less, or do more if you can. The point is to get it on our calendars and in our minds – rather than putting it off for another time.

She’s got all the details on how easy it is to participate and what to do here.  There’s even a page for it on something called ‘Facebook’ [where all the cool narcissists go, I think].

The winner of this week’s poll is Dr. BJ Lawson, who is running in NC-04 against Pelosi pet David Price.  He’s been endorsed by fellow doctors Tom Coburn and Ron Paul — if those two can agree on someone, that tells you something about the man.

Right Klik has more information here.

Don’t forget fellow members of the VRWC:
Vote on 02 November as if your life depended on it….oh!…wait a minute, it does.

Bob, I am continually impressed by your inventiveness in coming up with the Friday rhyme! I might have to give in my state this week though, as Lisa “The Loser” Murkowski looks to start a write in campaign against Joe Miller.

    Thanks for all you do.

NeoV: The RINOs are really showing their true colors – wow, in my most cynical daydreams [and I am the capo di tutti capi of Cynical Bastards] I never thought they would ALL be such sore and childish losers.

You’re very welcome. It’s nice to hear that every now and again, expecially during those times you feel like you’re merely banging your head against a brick wall.
