The Daily Caller Is On The Line — Please Hold

Via The Other McCain, I learned today that Tucker Carlson’s new site, The Daily Caller, is finally up and running.  And, having given it a general perusal, I must say I agree with Stacy McCain that the site ‘at least at first glance, does not suck.’ 

It’s got potential to be a damn fine conservative news aggregation, analysis, and commentary site.  The fact that Mr. Carlson was smart enough to hire the great Jim Treacher to run its blog, The DC Trawler, is a good sign, as is that one of the best writers in the business, Matt Labash is onboard with, of all things, an advice column.  Having S.E. Cupp contributing a running diary is a smart idea.  Well, that calls for a little Rule 5:
