Message To The GOP Leadership: We Have The Riot Act Ready
As the Reaganite Republican reports, some GOP Leaders are talking like they understand what a victory next Tuesday will mean…
“This is not a time for compromise, and I can tell you that we will not compromise on our principles,” Boehner said during an appearance on conservative Sean Hannity’s radio show.
…but pardon us if we adopt a wait-and-see attitude, considering how many, many times you’ve betrayed us before [and that's the kind way of putting it]. We’ll be watching you veerry closely.
In the past, you’ve lied outright to us, but, even more often, you’ve talked tough [like a certain wuss we know] and then wimped out and shown you have spines made of Silly Putty and allowed yourselves to be putty in the hands of the Left.
That ends next Tuesday, if we give you a majority. You had best unf–ck yourselves.
We expect you to heed our demands. You live in our house and you’ll live by our rules…otherwise, we’ll take away the keys. Understood?
Signed…

You said it. If they screw up again, they’re going to find out that we’re not going to vote and go back to life as usual.
Damn right baby !
Amen!
Right on Bob- but imho, the TEA Party has put the fear of God into some of these boys… seems to have
Matt: Damn straight.
Kid / MNR: No Quarter – No Compromise – No Retreat – No Surrender.
RR: The key word in you comment is ‘some’ – too many have not opened their eyes to see what’s right in front of their turned-up noses. I’m sick and tired of them patronizing us, patting us on our little heads, and then going off to do as they please.
This post should be copied, pasted and sent to every member of the Republican Party. Over and over again. Tattooed to their foreheads if necessary (probably is).
Tattooed to the inside of their eyelids.
TheCL / Adobe: I like the inside the eyelids way, but even the forehead location would work ’cause I know they look at their reflections an awful lot.
Damn straight, Bob.
What we really need is for the Tea Party people – fingers crossed, Miller, Angle, McClung, Bielat, Hudak, Rubio, Burns, Bachmann, etc. – to refuse any legislation that, to paraphrase Mark Steyn, ceases to move us towards the cliff in overdrive but instead goes at about 30 mph. We need those people to hold together in “nays”, to jam up legislation in committee that is “compromise”, and to alert the people when bad stuff is going through.
No matter how well the election goes on Tuesday, if we get seven or eight Tea Party friendly Senators and forty Congresscritters to oppose this b.s., we have a shot at forcing our own side to move to the right.
