I’d really like to know why DHS showed up at the hearing and didn’t contest his request. Guess we’ll have to wait for a few years to get the truth.

This is awesome, and not just for Mosam Yousef, but for every last American, because it proves that some shred remains of the principles upon which this nation was founded – a fact that I would have doubted had the verdict gone the other way.
