THE PLOT:
In progressive-era Washington D.C., the corrupt Sheriff and ninny Prince Crapper, along with Lie Gisborne, a racketeer, knock off the would-be new boss Grumpy John. They put Barry Hood, who controls Chicago, in charge as Boss Of Bosses in the capital city. Hood brings along his Band of Hoods to help run The Outfit. Quickly Barry and his Hoods discover that King Sovereign The People want to keep The Constitution alive, to be free, and to control their own territory. Working closely with the Sheriff Of Botoxingham and Prince Crapper, Barry and his Hoods rush to pass legislation and issue Executive orders that will turn Merry Old America into Heaven On Earth, all the while turning their headquarters into a successful and lavish nightclub. Mad Marian is upset because Barry Hood spends a lot of time with his ‘close friend’ Alan-A-Gayo; Too Much The Mobster’s Daughter tries to divert her attention by showing her naked pictures of Friar Suck eating unsliced/balony.
