Disgusting And Despicable
In the Comments Section to another posting, Matt, a retired Chief Petty Officer who served his country for twenty-one years, writes:
…Right now my health care is covered 80% by TRICARE. I pay 20% of every visit and every procedure. I’m real happy with this health care.
But apparently, TRICARE is now considered to be supplementary insurance. So under the HCR, I have to purchase additional insurance or pay a fine or go to jail.
Looks like I’ll be getting a cot and 3 squares a day soon as I refuse to buy more insurance or pay a fine.
This is one of the worst features to come out of this horrible mess known as Health Care Reform: people who have put their lives on the line to protect and fight for this country are being treated like dirt.
But, should we be surprised? This seditious cretin in The White House has made it clear over the years that he despises the American Military and everything it stands for. I have no doubt he would be more at home in command of UN-like troops who routinely disgrace their uniforms and have no sense of honor.
Like he is doing in the civilian realm, Comrade Obamnin wants to overthrow everything that is right and true in the American Armed Forces. He wants to destroy their traditions and mutate the military into divisions of drones commanded by commissars.
Mark me: this man-child will do everything in his power to break the spirit of our troops just as he is trying to break the independent spirit of we civilians and turn us into dependents of the state.
That a twenty-one year veteran of our beloved Navy would be preparing to spend time in jail for something such as not purchasing the health care services that we owe him is disgusting and despicable.
